NOTE: CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION. The first world-class superyacht marina and residential development on the South Pacific Coast, opening in late 2022. The marina will provide a safe harbour with 321 slips to 115 metres. A dockmaster and 24-hour concierge services plus by a fire boat will provide added support. From a crews' perspective, they can enjoy entertainment rooms, a rest lounge, bathrooms with showers close to the pier, enterprise-grade WiFi, and sports amenities. There will be a 150-tonne lift that can take boats to a max beam of 8.5 metres plus an amphibious system will support catamarans.
