New Dates for Palma Superyacht Show

16 February 2021 By Staff Report

The Palma Superyacht Show, initially scheduled to take place from April 30 to May 3, 2021, has now been moved to June 3–6, the show organizers announced on February 15. The new dates “coincide with the reopening of most of the island’s hotels and a projected restart of Balearic tourism,” the announcement says.

“Exhibitors and visitors can rest assured: we are doing everything we can to host the kind of quality event our visitors and exhibitors have become accustomed to and at an optimum time for all,” they say. “We, of course, have put all processes in motion so everyone can enjoy the event without having to worry about their health and wellbeing. This remains our most fervent priority.”

The 2021 show will be its eighth edition, including approximately 80 yachts over 24 meters and 75 international exhibitors from the yachting industry in a show area of 65,000 square meters at Moll Vell, a scenic marina in the center of the island’s capital Palma de Mallorca. In past years, more than 800 captains and crew attended, along with 38,000 visitors. The show also features a Refit & Repair area, targeting yachting’s experts and professionals to discuss refit or repair work, and a sector with a premium selection of superyacht tenders.
