Free AIS sea-time logging for yacht crew launches at FLIBS 2026
A new platform, Verified Crew, launches at FLIBS on 28 October 2026, offering yacht crew free sea-time logging built directly from their vessel's AIS track. Founded by Captain Ken Maff, the digital wallet also stores certificates, medicals and ID, with expiry reminders built in.
The platform includes verification checks (identity, criminal record, sanctions and more), with results staying on a crew member's profile across job changes. Crew signing up during the show can claim a free ID check using code FLIBS26, valid from 28 October to 1 November 2026.
Oasis Lounge returns to FLIBS 2026
The Oasis Lounge is back for FLIBS 2026 (28 October to 1 November), giving crew from exhibiting superyachts a dedicated space to relax between show commitments. Run by Global Marine Travel and Yacht Chandlers, it's open daily 11:00–17:00 at two locations: the Superyacht Village and Las Olas Marina.
The headline event is the Floating Invitational, a crew-exclusive mixed doubles pickleball tournament on a floating court at Las Olas Marina, run with ONE Sotheby's International Realty. It's yacht vs. yacht, with a prize-giving ceremony to close out the show. Crews can sign up in advance via the official registration link.
Access to the Oasis Lounge is exclusive to captains and crew of exhibiting superyachts, and registration is required here.
