Former yacht chef and founder of mymuybueno Justine Murphy is widening her offerings and starting a new chapter with Justine Murphy Talent Management, a boutique agency representing Michelin-starred chefs and rising stars in the culinary world.
Since 2011, Justine has been placing chefs on board superyachts and at private residents around the globe with her chef agency mymuybueno. With her experience and network, the move to talent management is a natural evolution. While her roster of 18 is currently all UK chefs, she plans to launch an international roster later this year. Some chefs already on her roster include two-Michelin star James Knappett, two-Michelin star Angelo Sato and one-Michelin star Emily Roux.
“Representation should be more than just negotiating a deal — it’s about building a vision, opening the right doors, and helping talent shine in the right light,” Justine says. Each chef will be represented individually with a tailored approach to building long-term success.
Because of her connections in yachting, Justine can offer her clients bespoke one-off dining experiences on board with her chefs, delivering a once-in-a-lifetime experience for owners, guests and crew. This offering will only be available for yachts over 80 meters that have the galley space to accommodate the chef and their team.
“Through Justine Murphy Talent Management, we offer seamless access to the UK’s top chefs, creating unforgettable moments at sea. It’s also a rare opportunity for the yacht’s galley and interior teams to work alongside Michelin-level professionals, raising their own skills and standards,” she says. “A single evening can leave a lasting impact, elevating both the guest experience and the caliber of service on board.”
