Genoa Superyacht Hub in collaboration with Professional Yachting Association are launching a series of programs, starting off with the inaugural Yachtie Career Day on Tuesday, March 19 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Genova Waterfront Marina. The new initiative aims to propel crew’s career aspirations, foster valuable industry connections, and open doors to job opportunities.
Attendees will have a chance to network with recruiters and representatives from training centers in Genoa. Connect with industry leaders and explore potential job opportunities through speed-dating sessions, gain expert career guidance from PYA and participating training providers, and discover training programs to elevate your skills.
This event is for experienced yacht crew members and those looking to break into the industry. Closing out the day, there will be a session from the “Train the Trainer” course, which focuses on knowledge and skills to organize and deliver effective maritime training programs.
