Crew Fun with Feadship

With more than 12 Feadships fortuitously at Rybovich Superyacht Marina in West Palm Beach, Feadship America decided the occasion warranted a party to celebrate. On April 10, yacht crewmembers from Feadship yachts in the yard and the surrounding area and members of Feadship America, Feadship Refit and Service, and Rybovich came out to enjoy the beautiful Palm Beach weather under the palms as the sun set.

“We had about eighty captains and crewmembers attend our ‘First Annual Feadship Crew Appreciation BBQ,’” says Ted McCumber, managing director of Feadship America. “It gave us a good opportunity to network, and for crewmembers to meet Feadship Refit and Service team members and learn about our partnership with Rybovich.”

With a DJ playing tunes from different decades, the crew in attendance were able to relax around the pool, appreciate the delicious barbecue, and catch up with friends while enjoying drinks from the complimentary bar. And what would a Feadship event be without the ever-popular Feadship hats and caps? Partygoers donned their prizes and posed for fun party photos. After they savored their meal, the lure of game time spurred some to work off dinner with pool, ping pong, or darts.

“We hope to make this a yearly event with Rybovich as many Feadships are passing through South Florida at this time of year,” McCumber says.
