In February, Suntex Marina investors announced its acquisition of Prime Marina Miami, now restored to its previous Bayshore Landing Marina name. This transaction enacted a 70-year lease that includes 111 slips for vessels up to 130 feet.

"Our team is also well-known for quick and first-class customer service, treating all of our members like family,” says Sam Chavers.

It comes with 30,00 square feet of retail space and 15,000 square feet of restaurant space. Its convenient location in Coconut Grove is next to local businesses and city hall. You can easily walk to surrounding shops, various tourist attractions like Vizcaya, and waterfront dining at the renowned Monty’s Raw Bar.

“The unique draw that Bayshore Landing has is our location and customer service,” says Sam Chavers, regional vice president, Suntex Marinas. “Coconut Grove and the surrounding attractions [are] also the gateway to Biscayne Bay. Our team is also well-known for quick and first-class customer service, treating all of our members like family.”

Initial plans for the site include conversion to year-round fuel operations and an enhanced waterfront experience, expanded menu options, and greatly improved customer service.
