It goes without saying that captains and crew are the heartbeat of yachting, and their expertise is paramount for the industry’s continual improvement. That’s why captains and heads of department are invited to apply for the Crew Voices program at Superyacht Forum and Metstrade in RAI Amsterdam this November — and be part of discussions and bridge between onboard experience and industry decision-making.

Applicants must be working on yachts at least 50-meters or sailing yachts 30-meters-plus and have a minimum five years of onboard experience. The program is limited to 100 spots, and applications will close once all spots have been filled. It’s free and available here.

To elevate industry standards, promote collaboration, and enhance professionalism, Crew Voices came from a Think Tank “Bridge Between” organized by the Superyacht Alliance, which includes organizations such as SYBAss, ICOMIA, MYBA, PYA, IYBA, and IAMI. It provides a platform for captains and crew to be heard and provides successful applicants with: tickets to The Superyacht Forum and Metstrade, €200 travel voucher, and access to networking opportunities.

“Their first-hand experience bridges the gap between theory and practice, revealing not just what works on paper, but what truly works at sea,” says Kayleigh Liddell, crew services coordinator at Hill Robinson. “Meaningful and lasting progress can only be achieved by embracing the insight of multiple, experienced crew voices and placing their perspective at the center of innovation and change.”
