Situated almost at the heart of the town, the port of Concarneau is a famous tourism place. The main port of Concarneau is mostely frequented by fishing vessels and vessels under repair such as sand boats, coasters, supply vessels, passenger ships etc. But theese professional installations can welcome also yachts and superyachts. This harbour is managed by the Cornouaille Chamber of Commerce. Concarneau is also equipped with a marina for smaller boats. Concarneau harbour is fully equipped for refit with a dry dock and a syncrolift of 2 000 T. Harbour master can propose a private pontoon of 60m which is managed by JFA shipyard. This pontoon is dedicated to yachts and can propose more services and private facilities.

With data on more than 500 Superyacht marinas, the Dockwalk team are pleased to launch our online Superports directory.

Previously only available in print, the Superports directory contains information including contact details, facilities at the berth and local services. It also provides vital logistical information such as lat/long co-ordinates, berth numbers and sizes, prices and distances to local airports.

What's more, the whole thing works with Google mapping. Select a region or enter a location, rollover an anchor and see the name, location and photo of the marina. Click on it to load all the info on your chosen marina.

When you've chosen a marina, you'll notice a list of local services classifications in the right hand column. Right now it's fairly empty. That's where you come in.

We're building the site around our users, and we want to publish the things that are most useful to you. As you travel around the world, you can recommend the best bars, friendliest agents, most efficient electricians and the quickest taxis - to name but a few. And as the directory builds up, you can look up services that have been recommended by other Captains and Crew.
