WOULD IT BE BETTER TO GO TO UK TO DO ALL THE PROCEDURES BY YOUR OWN WHEN ISSUING ANY CoC JUST TO AVOID THE LONG WAIT OF THE MAILING AND RESPONSES?

I AM PLANNING TO GO THERE!!!

I assume that you are talking about applying for a NoE (Notice of Eligibility)? My understanding is that they do not offer a counter service - ie you have to send everything in the mail (by courier for safety) and they will deal with your request when they have time. Mine did not take more than a couple of weeks to get back to me... They had a query which they sent by email so no delay there. All very organised and professional.

And my new CoC also arrived after about 2 weeks happy
