Hiya, yes, I trained there and graduated in April 2010 after doing an internship in a 2 star Michelin French restaurant. I have been on a few boats since. Now land based, I work as an Embassy chef. Gastronomicom has been the step I needed to take to be where I wanted to be. Apart from the school, it is continuous hard work, but, yes, I can recommend them, they are great. And I know that they strive to get better every day. The rest depends on you.
