Does anyone know if there's any where in Southern California that offers a stewardess training course? Also is it recommended for someone that doesn't have a lot of experience in the hospitality industry?

Hi Kim There really isn't any good formalized programs in CA, like there is in Florida. Same problem for the Deck. If you find something, please let us all know. I run a charter yacht based in Channel Islands Harbor. Info like that would be helpful to those of us on the West Coast.

Try Orange Coast Collage in Newport Beach. They have some professional mariner classes. (949) 645-9412 http://occsailing.augusoft.net/index.cfm?fuseaction=1003
