First time heading to St Vincent need to provision fruit veg and diary for owners trip any suggestion. Thanks

Go see Doris @ Doris foods in Bequia. Best to call ahead if you have specific order - if she can't find it or direct you where you can, then most likely it is unavailable. Also, see "Roots" at the vegetable market - but "stand your ground". You're not in Miami anymore... Cheers

Both of those places are great and they both are in Bequia. If you are going to be on the island of St Vincent Kingstown has great grocery stores. They are all near the ferry docks. Union island isn't fantastic for provisioning but you can find some basics in town. There is a great French gourmet shop there. Mustique is fantastic for fresh produce there is a guy who sells it right by the grocery store. The grocery store is awesome as well .... However, they don't keep a lot of stuff out you have to ask the guys at the back for it. And if you're going down island for the holidays stock up on eggs .... they often run out over Christmas.
