Dear all,
I study in french merchant navy, and in few month i will hold a Engine Officer On Watch Unlimited, I would like to know what is the equivalent of this certificate on yacht. I've read something like EOOW=Y4&Y3 and 2nd Eng unlimited=Y2&Y1. Any idea of how it really goes?

You can have a look at MGN 156, Annex A gives you the manning scales.
