IslaMoin is a new development on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica consisting of a gated community of 600 low-rise resort residences, 100 beachfront villas, a luxury hotel and approximately 500 slips throughout the project’s full-service marinas that can accommodate yachts up to 80m. IslaMoin is designed to embrace the natural beauty of the land and take advantage its pristine location, lush tropical landscape and spectacular waterfront areas. IslaMoin is outside the hurricane zone and is situated in the city discovered by Christopher Columbus in 1502. Construction started second quarter of 2007.

With data on more than 500 Superyacht marinas, the Dockwalk team are pleased to launch our online Superports directory.

Previously only available in print, the Superports directory contains information including contact details, facilities at the berth and local services. It also provides vital logistical information such as lat/long co-ordinates, berth numbers and sizes, prices and distances to local airports.

What's more, the whole thing works with Google mapping. Select a region or enter a location, rollover an anchor and see the name, location and photo of the marina. Click on it to load all the info on your chosen marina.

When you've chosen a marina, you'll notice a list of local services classifications in the right hand column. Right now it's fairly empty. That's where you come in.

We're building the site around our users, and we want to publish the things that are most useful to you. As you travel around the world, you can recommend the best bars, friendliest agents, most efficient electricians and the quickest taxis - to name but a few. And as the directory builds up, you can look up services that have been recommended by other Captains and Crew.
