The Spit, Mosman, is one of Sydney's most attractive suburban areas, just five kilometres north of the city centre and an integral part of Sydney Harbour. Linked to the northern peninsula by the Spit Bridge, the marina is in close proximity to some of Sydney's most stunning beaches as well as being near the suburb of Manly, complete with scenic walking tracks, art galleries and a lively street packed with a variety of cafés and bars. Set in Middle Harbour with the approach to the Spit Bridge, the marina is located in the centre of a large water sports playground. Windsurfing, waterskiing, swimming and sailing are popular activities.

Welcome to Superports!

With data on more than 500 Superyacht marinas, the Dockwalk team are pleased to launch our online Superports directory.

Previously only available in print, the Superports directory contains information including contact details, facilities at the berth and local services. It also provides vital logistical information such as lat/long co-ordinates, berth numbers and sizes, prices and distances to local airports.

What's more, the whole thing works with Google mapping. Select a region or enter a location, rollover an anchor and see the name, location and photo of the marina. Click on it to load all the info on your chosen marina.

When you've chosen a marina, you'll notice a list of local services classifications in the right hand column. Right now it's fairly empty. That's where you come in.

We're building the site around our users, and we want to publish the things that are most useful to you. As you travel around the world, you can recommend the best bars, friendliest agents, most efficient electricians and the quickest taxis - to name but a few. And as the directory builds up, you can look up services that have been recommended by other Captains and Crew.

So if you've had a great night out, found the best surf shop or been impressed with an emergency repair, click on the Recommend A Local Service link and share it with crew around the world.
