Brixham Marina is situated in the heart of this picturesque old Devonshire town. Thanks to its proximity to Berry Head, Brixham marina offers a safe haven in south-westerly gales and at all states of the tide. Home to one of the largest fishing fleets in the country, its deep basin allows separate areas for the fishing fleet and marina visitors ensuring no noise or pollution disrupts the marina visitors. With a wide range of marina services, there is a bar and restaurant a short stroll away, ideal for when you've worked up an appetite out on the water and fancy a relaxing drink or something to eat with friends. Local cruising grounds include Cornwall, the Channel Islands and Devon inlets.

With data on more than 500 Superyacht marinas, the Dockwalk team are pleased to launch our online Superports directory.

Previously only available in print, the Superports directory contains information including contact details, facilities at the berth and local services. It also provides vital logistical information such as lat/long co-ordinates, berth numbers and sizes, prices and distances to local airports.

What's more, the whole thing works with Google mapping. Select a region or enter a location, rollover an anchor and see the name, location and photo of the marina. Click on it to load all the info on your chosen marina.

When you've chosen a marina, you'll notice a list of local services classifications in the right hand column. Right now it's fairly empty. That's where you come in.

We're building the site around our users, and we want to publish the things that are most useful to you. As you travel around the world, you can recommend the best bars, friendliest agents, most efficient electricians and the quickest taxis - to name but a few. And as the directory builds up, you can look up services that have been recommended by other Captains and Crew.
