Open in March 2013, Marina del Gargano is located in the Gulf of Manfredonia, next to the historic centre, and is an Adriatic marina designed for all seasons. Facilities include 24-hour security, covered private car parking, concierge service, a children’s play area, bicycle hire, solarium, and a number of on-site lounges and restaurants. A swimming pool will also be opening later in 2013. The region of Puglia is renowned for its sun-drenched landscapes and delicious food as well as for having some of Italy’s most beautiful coastline. Easily accessible cruising destinations from Marina del Gargano include Croatia, Greece and the Adriatic coast of the Mediterranean.

With data on more than 600 Superyacht marinas, the Dockwalk team is pleased to present its online Superports directory.

Previously only available in print, the Superports directory contains information including contact details, facilities at the berth and local services. It also provides vital logistical information such as lat/long co-ordinates, berth numbers and sizes, prices and distances to local airports.

What's more, the whole thing works with Google mapping. Select a region or enter a location, rollover an anchor and see the name, location and photo of the marina. Click on it to load all the info on your chosen marina.

When you've chosen a marina, you'll notice a list of local services classifications in the right hand column. Right now it's fairly empty. That's where you come in.

We're building the site around our users, and we want to publish the things that are most useful to you. As you travel around the world, you can recommend the best bars, friendliest agents, most efficient electricians and the quickest taxis - to name but a few. And as the directory builds up, you can look up services that have been recommended by other Captains and Crew.
