I am trying to contact the Cayman Island shipping registry. I have emailed the 'crew compliance' email address that is on their website 4 times over the past few months with no reply.
I have a few simple questions about obtaining a CI endorsement on my STCW CoC. Does anyone have a personal contact/email address that I can contact? as the generic address I am using doesn't seem to be working,

Any of the global network offices listed in the link below. The only one I have worked with is in Fort Lauderdale and they were very helpful. Good luck.

Southampton is good too. Call and they will pass you on to the right person.

Just completed such endorsments for 8 of our crew members. Worked with Southampton office which is Europes central office.
They supply an excellent service. Ask for Yvonne.
If need our help we will be glad to assisst as we are situated just next door to them
