Hello, I am a Chef who is very flexible, professional, creative and a great team member. I am very passionate about my profession and have lots of experience and pride in the kitchen. I have a vast amount of experience in a lot of different kinds of food establishments. Although I have worked in a lot of French restaurants, I do have a great amount of knowledge and experience in many other cuisine, included Italian, Asian, North African, Mediterranean, Caribbean and Middle Eastern cuisines. I am fluent in English and French and can speak a little Spanish as well. I am very diligent about food control and am great at making great food from limited amount of supplies and time. I am very knowledgeable about food allergies and intolerance and how to equally accommodate everyone. I am used to working in very close quarters and am clean when I work. My Grandfather grew up a Chef on Cruise ships and Merchant vessels. I loved to hear his stories about his travels to many interesting places in the world.
