Hello, I am trying to find out what the legal alcohol limit is for a recreational boater if Florida?

Is there a different limit for a USCG Licensed Captain?

Thank You,

i believe it's 0.08, just like a car.

"on the job", i don't care what the legal limit is, mine is 0.

Hi there I'm not sure what the limit is across the US, but in most parts of the world, it's zero. You're not normally allowed to be in charge of a vessel while under the influence of alcohol at all - unlike vehicles where there may be a set limit. As well as your own personal criminal liability, you may also place the vessel off-cover for insurance purposes. Benjamin Maltby. MatrixLloyd.
