Im passing through barcelona and was thinking of trying to find a deckhand job, whilst there . Does anyone have any advice for where to start looking? Marinas to visit/ agencies to register with? I do have a seasons experience crewing a superyacht for a shipyard so do have something to offer. Any advice would be really helpfull, especially considering how easy it is to find a job these days Cheers

Hi Craig,
Are you looking for a job on sail or power..?
Many daywokers in Barca now...all looking for work and few are able to find something. Not the right place to go at the moment.

I was going for power as i have worked on power before, and boats with motors are what i have spend quite a bit of time on. I still wouldnt say no to sail though. Im thinking of heading to palma next week, although i doubt that things will be that much easier there. Any thoughts?
